consultation is always free. Wolff Computer has no "hidden
charges," nor is there a minimum hourly charge. Services
are billed in 15-minute increments

to 15 minutes. Many calls are solved within this first call. If more
time is needed, a technician will set a callback time (usually within
5 minutes). Upon your callback, tech support is billed in 15 minute
increments. Pre-purchased blocks of time must be used within 12
months of purchase.
